By placing an order on www.dresswelltailor.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Product Information

• All product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight variation in color, fabric texture, or stitching may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

• All custom stitching is done based on the measurements you provide. Please ensure all measurements are accurate.

2. Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation, especially for custom-stitched dresses.

3. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available on all orders across all Emirates in the UAE.

• Delivery time is usually 2–3 working days for ready-made dresses and 7–10 working days for stitched/customized orders.

• Delivery delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen courier issues.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

• No returns or exchanges are allowed on customized/stitched dresses unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• In case of wrong or damaged delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photo/video proof.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return (ready-made dresses only).

5. Payment Terms

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (where applicable).

• For custom stitching, advance payment may be required.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure the address and contact details entered during checkout are correct. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect information.

• Measurements for stitched dresses must be filled carefully. We are not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is kept secure and used only for processing your order and communication purposes.

• We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
