Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, gift cards, and any personalized or custom-made products.
Refunds
Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com.
