Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, gift cards, and any personalized or custom-made products.
Refunds
Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
