Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery across all Emirates in the UAE.
Delivery Time:
Ready-made dresses: Delivered within 2–3 working days.
Custom stitched dresses: Delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on order volume and complexity.
Delivery Partner: We work with trusted local courier services for safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
🌍 International Delivery:
Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Ready-made dresses: 7–12 working days.
Custom-stitched dresses: 12–18 working days.
Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
Important: International delivery is not free. Charges vary based on location and courier rates.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
🧵 Custom Stitched / Personalized Orders (UAE & International):
No returns or exchanges for stitched or customized dresses, unless:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
👗 Ready-Made Dresses:
UAE Customers: Can return or exchange if the item is unused and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
International Customers: Returns accepted only if the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
No returns for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return requests must be raised by WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photo or video proof is required in case of defective or incorrect items.
Return shipping cost (if applicable) is to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
